| 内容記述 | DIY reform is expected to be one of the approaches to control the rapid increase of the vacant houses. However, it is difficult to estimate the amount of time and number of people required to carry out the work, as the basic information about non-specialist contractor's labor is not known. This study aims to clarify the work time and unit of construction labor through practical reform work by students, who are equivalent to non-specialist contractors. In addition, this study aims to discuss the function of active learning opportunities by practical reform work. In this paper, the results of the practical reform work are reported using the case study of OA floor conversion with the expectation of improving the thermal environment. |
