| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to focus on the legislative field of real estate policy in Japan and consider it from a historical perspective. The author refers the legislations targeting real estate which are related to urban land use as real estate policy legislations. The structure of this paper is as follows : Chapter 2 gives a bird's-eye view of the historical development of real estate policy legislations and extracts its characteristics and achievements from its relationship with Japanese economy and society. Chapter 3 discusses the transformation of land policy and the real estate policy legislations. In Chapter 4, among the recent real estate policy legislations, the author extracts "Special Land Law of Unknown Owner", "Civil Law (Inheritance Law)", "Urban Regeneration Special Measures Law" and rental housing related legislations which are classified as those that have contemporary characteristics in relation to the change of land policy discussed in the previous chapter and considers the transformation of real estate policy legislations. | |||||||||
