| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to clarify the impact of the public notification regulating the stealth marketing on the real estate business practice in Japan. The public notification is publicized on March 28, 2023 by the Consumer Affairs Agency. By comparing the new public notification and the existing law and actual restriction, this paper argues two points. Firstly, the new regulation will bring additional restrictions on the corporate advertisements, reviews and the posting on SNS. Secondly, it has a limited impact on the advertisement for the specific real estate properties since the existing self-regulation has already been in practice. |
