The authors describe herein the details of the teacher PD approach taken, then examine this approach through a traditional model of evaluation, the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model, and through a more recent framework of 7 key features of effective teacher PD (Darling-Hammond, Hyler, & Gardner, 2017) to determine the effectiveness of the training.
