| 内容記述 | This study is based on an interview of an in-service junior high school teacher（they/them/theirs） with the Personal Attitude Construct（PAC）Analysis to investigate the impact of their master's degree completion in Japanese Language Education on themselves and their educational field. The result revealed that the teacher was satisfied with the learnings from Japanese Language Education itself as well as their exposure to various perspectives through group assignments during graduate school, in addition to the fact that the expansion of their horizons allowed them to realize their obligation to society. On the other hand, it also exposed their frustration by failing to share their learnings in Japanese Language Education at the graduate school with their colleagues after returning to work. Possible reasons are; conditions of each educational field, mutually exclusive relationships between teachers and teachers' reluctance as specialists to accept new concepts. |
