| 内容記述 | This study empirically clarifies how the property values of the used housing market in Seoul, Korea,change with the age of the property using OLS estimation and semiparametric estimation. The results of the analysis indicate that in Seoul, property values will decline until the property is about 15 years old, after which they will tend to increase. The analysis also revealed that in the central area of Seoul, housing built more than 35 years after construction fetched higher prices than those at the time of new construction. These analysis results suggest that Japan's existing home market may be unique. | |||||||
