The present study followed Kaneko’s research methods. Meikai University, in collaboration with J-SHINE and other affiliating offices of education, held a series of special seminars for elementary school teachers and others in 2021. This program was called MEIKAI-JOE Plus. Questionnaires were given to the attendees immediately after the series of seminars to evaluate them. The results were calculated and analyzed through statistical methods such as regression analysis in order to investigate what factors affected the degree of the general satisfaction of the participants. The results show that there were no decisive criteria which the participants adopted when they evaluated these seminars. The results reveal, however, that there were a few factors considered influential.
